Production begins, taking 30-60 days. While we manufacture the equipment, start preparing your facility according to our provided plan (wiring, equipment placement, wall decor). We’ll also translate questions to your local language if needed, and accommodate any special preferences.

After production, we conduct extensive testing to ensure all components function correctly. This includes automated tests lasting over 24 hours to verify lighting durability. We’ll also schedule an online video demo to showcase screen, lamp, LED, and button functionality. Upon approval, make the final payment and we’ll ship your Quizy to you.

Unpack your equipment at your location, test it, and install it according to our detailed instructions. We’ve streamlined the setup process to be as easy as possible.

Once your server is connected to the Internet, we’ll promptly deliver the software online, enabling immediate use of your Quizy. To activate Quizy, simply access the admin page using a laptop or tablet and configure the necessary settings. We provide comprehensive instructions and offer staff training sessions for smooth operation.

We provide extensive support for any issues, with remote fixes available in most cases. Monthly royalties apply, covering software and database updates. Weekly WiFi connection is necessary for optimal performance and compliance, ensuring licensing verification, software updates, and additional feature and game pack additions. This routine maintenance is crucial for maintaining system functionality and security.
